Terrible ride with Green-Go!

We were going to go (in December) with the Green-Go company to Lappeenranta for one day. This tour was chosen because it was on a minibus with a stop at DUTY FREE, as it was supposed to be 8 seats! The departure took place with a departure from Ozerki, we were driven by a driver named Taras. We were promised a comfortable minibus for 8 people. There were 13 of us on the bus with the driver, and of course there was no COMFORT! Small seats that rest on the knees, poorly closing the door, which could hardly be opened, and when the driver turned on the only stove, some passengers suffocated from lack of air, while others froze. But the worst thing is that there was no trunk in the car !!! On the way back, we had to make our way to the exit between numerous packages! And this despite the fact that the site states that this is a SHOP tour, and of course, it assumes that tourists have numerous things!

But the biggest problem with this company was in the organization and distribution of travel time! About where and how much time we were left to visit the shops was not said! There was some rudeness on the part of the driver - Taras! When specific questions were asked of him, he simply remained silent and ignored them!

And so, having reached Lappeenranta, we were given time until 17-00 (this is the only exact instruction from the driver that was given to us), at the appointed time, all the passengers arrived without delay, and drove towards the Fish Store. Yes, unfortunately we stayed there long enough because there were BIG queues, which is not our fault! And I think that the tour operator organizing this trip should have foreseen such a number of people in connection with the New Year's Eve! And somehow coordinate the travel time! I think that they are not the first day they are engaged in transportation!

After visiting the store, all making their way through their own packages and somehow sitting in their seats, we drove towards the border, with the hope of visiting Duty Free! BUT! We were all surprised when we just flew by this store! To our indignation, the driver said that we had already spent our time, and his working day was ending, and in general it was the order of the authorities! We asked for the phone number of this boss, but he kept silent for the umpteenth time….

After the trip, having contacted this Administration, whose name is Anfisa, it stated:

- that we skated our time, that it was WE who were rude to her driver, and that in general it is forbidden for a minibus to stop on the way back to Duty Free!

The bottom line is this!! Waste of money and personal time!

Green-Go are scammers, don't ride with them!
