I contacted the company in order to obtain a Schengen visa. The list of required documents was not provided. They took what they brought, took a picture and said to wait two weeks. Before that, one visa for half a year had already been issued. Should have taken a year. As a result, I received a visa again for half a year! Already only at the exit it turned out that it was necessary to provide an old passport with an old visa. When the money has already been paid, the visa is issued. Absolutely unqualified staff, not interested in the benefits and convenience of their customers.
It seems that the task of the visa processing service was: to attract a client and then sell tour packages! And in connection with unskilled personnel, they repelled a potential client.
