We bought a tour on July 22, 2018 through the travel agency zaputevkoy.rf from PAK GROUP, departure from St. Petersburg, PAK GROUP confirmed the purchase (airplane and hotel + transfer), the satisfied ones began to gather. 07/26/2018 PAK GROUP sent letters to tour agents that PAK GROUP is changing the plane (smaller) and offers everyone 4 options:
1) Fly through Moscow.
2) Fly 4 days later. (not the fact that they will not repeat this)
3) Pay 100 euros and fly through Moscow and return through St. Petersburg.
4) Return the money.
They spoiled the mood pretty much, I don’t recommend using their services, they don’t treat customers like that. If possible, choose any other tour operator.
Hope my review was helpful. Angry at PAK GROUP to the point of horror.
All the euphoria from the trip to Italy was killed.
