In general, it all lasted about an hour, she quickly collected money and left. Naturally, we decided to find out on the street and when we found out we were just shocked the difference was $ 100 cheaper it was on the street. in small print there are conditions for a refund. It takes a long time to tell everything, but in a nutshell, these conditions are practically impossible to fulfill, and she hinted to us that nothing would return us anything. In further conversations, she behaved very rudely, she spoke disgustingly and, as we were told, the guide, who, as it were, should be at the hotel every day, appeared there just to collect money from such naive people as we were, and there were quite a few of them. When buying excursions, no one gave any checks, no contracts, nothing at all.

Further, I won’t tell for a long time, I’ll just say briefly, first of all, on all excursions we were taken to some shops where they sold us directly, they sold different things that were 4 times more expensive than in other stores. Secondly, in comparison with the street tours that were taken on the street, for example, our friends, in comparison with them, Anex had a disgusting service, dinners were even more disgusting and everywhere they bred money!!! Here is such a story, it's up to you to decide whether to go with them somewhere or not, but I really do not recommend this tour operator to you !! The impression of the rest was very spoiled !!!!
