Terrible trip almost spoiled the whole impression of the rest

We rested at the Iris Garden Hotel (Turkey, Camyuva) in June 2019. From the hotel guide Maria (CoralTravel, Sunmar) on 06/17/2019, we purchased a Sea-to-Sky trip for $ 120. But the weather turned bad, all week there were thunderstorms and pouring rain. The forecasts were also disappointing, we decided to cancel the trip. So this Maria turned on the "blonde" and pretended that she did not understand that we want our money back, even in the amount of 80%. (All this stupid correspondence with her remained). Instead of the expected refund, on the eve of the trip, she sent a message that the bus would be waiting for us in the morning at the hotel. We were forced to go because we were afraid to stay without a refund and without a trip.

About the Sun-to-Sky tour itself. On the morning of 06/17/19 there were no clouds in the mountains, but for some reason we ran into a yacht. The guide neither on the bus nor on the yacht said anything. They stopped without warning while we stood in line in the latrine to change our swimsuits, the bathing time was over. We only managed to dip for 5 seconds.

And such wet people all went to the mosque and the olive oil museum. The air conditioner was on the bus and we were all cold. Wet and dissatisfied, we had to climb the mountain just at the time when the black clouds gathered. Everyone walked there like hedgehogs and admired the fog, not the landscape. And the guide on the trip was absolutely inexperienced. Bone-tonguing tried to tell something, but looked very pale. I did not know the history of Turkey at all and could not connect two words. At least read something in advance, prepared a little. We were not the only ones dissatisfied with the trip. The whole day was spent, only negative impressions remained.
