Just, one might say, returned from Pattaya. We took a pretty cheap tour from Pegas Touristik. The flight is the most ordinary, the plane is not decent, well, it does not shine with frills, except perhaps for a multimedia system that still shows the course of the aircraft and the point where you are now (Aeroflot's). The transfer somehow did not even notice. Hotel guide, accommodation - standard.

But that's it, an introduction. As for the impressions, for me, as a lover of food, not even spiritual at all (although there is plenty of it), but bodily, in Thailand it was just expanse. I must say that food in Thailand is something. Food, for all its taste qualities, is such that it suits those who have to watch their diet so as not to get fat. Fruit is just everywhere, it's understandable, and there are much fewer desserts with pastries - but for the waist, when you are in a relaxed state, this is it. Lots of vegetables, eggs and lean meats, rice and rice noodles.

There are no ovens, everything is boiled or fried, sometimes grilled.

My favorite was coconut soup with chicken, just a godsend in the heat or after a hard day. Well, the king of local soups is Tom yang kun, soup with shrimp, just take it without pepper first, otherwise it’s completely athas with pepper. I also fell in love with pat thai - this is Thai fried sweet (!) And very tasty noodles.

Cafes for tourists are inexpensive - even if you don’t deny yourself anything, it comes out on our money for 400-500 rubles for dinner.

Of the sights (yes, they were between stormy feasts and the sea), I was struck by the Nong Nooch Botanical Garden - a place of amazing beauty, a miracle of park architecture. There they give you to scratch and pull the elephant's trunk - an unforgettable experience.
