The atlas is broken!

I used this company before without thinking, everything was fine and without problems, BUT ...

I was going to fly to Egypt with the MCH for 2 weeks, and even on New Year's Eve 2014 (3 times, already taught in Egypt at hotels, etc.) and, as usual, I turned to Atlas. I got on one operator, I asked for a ticket to Sharm and it was to a hotel closer to Naama Bay (although I was already almost sure of choosing a hotel because I myself had been looking for a suitable one on the Internet for a long time), as a result, they picked up 4 hotels for me and everything was in the outskirts or just far away from Naam.

Well, I think okay, I'll take a ticket to the hotel that I found myself.

I arrive on the same day and they tell me that the girl with whom I talked left in the afternoon and another operator will serve me. Ekaterina arranged everything, found out that the gala dinner on New Year's Eve was included in the ticket, she was the only one who was satisfied!

At first everything was polite on the phone (this is not unimportant when reading further)!

After 2 weeks, I decided to make a gift to my sister and buy her a ticket for 3 days and 2 nights (she is busy with me), I climbed onto their official website, found a tour, I call, they immediately tell me that the information is not accurate and that they only sell tours from 5 days and not only Atlas, but all travel agencies. I was a little shocked. it’s not for nothing that people even fly to Egypt for a weekend to rest ...

I call back and explain that tickets for 2 people have already been bought for 2 weeks and we need another one only for 3 days. The tour was miraculously found almost immediately, and the plane for 2 tours, as they said, is the same. I agree again with another operator (Irina ) about the meeting and registration (because Ekaterina is on vacation).

I arrive the next day, and this operator (Irina) is no longer there, as a result, another girl draws up again.

They asked again if the three of us got on the same plane, but she already didn’t know and said that it would be visible later.

As a result, we didn’t like it, we buy tickets through the 10th hand, we find out everything, and the information changes right at an incredible speed.

This operator (I don’t remember what her name is even there) takes and takes all the papers to Alekseeva Svetlana with the phrase NOW this is YOUR OPERATOR.

This Svetlana also knows nothing about the plane, not to mention the gala dinner on Christmas Day, although Irina said that this is included.

As a result, completely exhausted from anger and evidence, after 1.5-2 hours in this sharaga (!) We took this ticket.

The next day I call Atlas, I ask Irina, they say that she is not there and is connected to another operator AGAIN (I don’t understand how many there are in Egypt), I explain the whole situation, they say 2 rounds, Irina spoke about one plane ( i.e. we fly all together) about the included dinner, and this sheep (there are simply no words at all!)

and says so indifferently, SAYING I DID NOT DO IT, I DOESN'T CARE THAT YOU ALL THE TIME GET TO DIFFERENT OPERATORS, AND I DO NOT CARRY ABOUT ALL THIS AND I AM NOT GOING TO LISTEN TO YOU FURTHER, I WILL TRANSFER TO ANOTHER OPERATOR NOW, MAYBE SHE WILL HELP and hangs up! !!

After such impudence and disrespect, my hair almost stood on end on my head.

I called again, they switch me to another operator, and not to the same one, in the end, after listening to me somehow, she said that in principle there shouldn’t be dinner, but the plane seems to be the same.

To be honest, time and empty talk is just a SORRY!!!

Operators behave like women in the market selling slippers, HORROR!!!

Here is the departure on 24.12, and I’ll go to the travel agency on 23.12 for tickets, I don’t know what to expect anymore, it’s not a travel agency, but one frustration, hassle and no respect for customers is complete!!!!!!
