She writes that she flew through Vityaz, but scolds the Grand. Weird review. I flew to the Valley of Geysers two years ago - I liked it. Expensive, of course. This year I bought a helicopter tour to Kurilskoye. I also liked it very much. We watched the bears. Also not cheap, because by helicopter. We also flew through Vityaz. This is a travel agency that conducts helicopter tours, receives payment and issues vouchers and checks. And booked a flight through the Grand. We didn't have any problems. The flight was delayed by 1.5 hours. But this is the weather ... "Grand", by the way, works not only with package tours. We additionally took "Kaynyran" and "Vachkazhech".

I can say on my own that the company has been maintaining a very good level for all 5 years. The advantage is that there is a guide and guide on the route. Tatyana Alekseevna worked with us and talked about everything in an interesting way. I heard a similar level of excursions only in St. Petersburg. Chef very good. The guide tried to lift everyone into the crater. And at the moment of correspondence, everything is prompt and clear. This year in our group there was also a married couple who came for the second time. This is the feedback. And the tour can be paid upon arrival, which is also convenient. I gave the highest score, because I like the company: the staff is excellent, they work clearly and I feel that someone, either out of misunderstanding, or deliberately belittles the guys.
