The hotel staff were rude to the guests. Paid services were not performed in full by the hotel staff. In response to complaints during a call to the hotline, Sanmar, an employee of this line, was rude, despite the fact that all telephone conversations are recorded, and hung up, rude!!! The problematic situation has not been resolved, although the travel agency takes money for the ticket and is obliged to compensate for the damage if the services are not performed by the hotel in a quality manner. And here they don’t even understand, they just take money from tourists!
