The case was registered in the company "Ingostrakh", by the indicated phones in fear. the policy got through to the office IN UKRAINE!!! there, each time, different employees had to explain the situation, and even by the case number, they understood their own documents for an impossibly long time!

All necessary documents requested by Ingostrakh were sent from the hospital. At the same time, the accident was reported to Natalie Tours, the host in the UAE-Alfa-Tour, to which we were told: "DEAL WITH INGOSTRAKH YOURSELF, THEY HAVE TO CHANGE YOUR TICKETS, AND WE ARE THE THIRD PARTY, you have an agreement with them , pay your money, and Ingostrakh will return it to you later, and OUR TASK is to meet tourists, settle and sell excursions! and these are no longer our problems, what happens to you there !!!! they don’t recognize insurance, they won’t deal with us! in Natalie, there’s also no help, the guide Tatyana arrived, took our money for extending the hotel (moreover, the voucher was issued for 1 person, and two remained in the room, then there were problems at the reception for paying for the room) and she also said that "here you walk in the heat, and then you end up in hospitals !!!

If the tickets were purchased from Fly Dubai directly - they would have been replaced for free! As a result, on the date of our departure (in 4 days) the status of the case was not determined by Ingostrakh, in Natali everything was on the drum, what is there with their tourists, and when requesting a voucher for the extension of the hotel, we were sent a voucher with our incorrectly spelled surnames from the 3rd time - that's all, the last straw was.

ZHENIA, ALLA - illiterate dolls are stupid, who cannot even do their job normally, and not only help with something ??? Why do you, Natalie Tours, sell your Ukrainian insurance, where there is no sense, you won’t leave a person on the road, she received timely assistance in the hospital, no one asks you to pay for the operation, but why are we not entitled with YOUR INSURANCE for 15,000 ye even for the first needed help???????!!!!! and while you are all figuring out to admit the case, not to admit, a person could die. Many thanks to the doctors of the Sharjah hospital for their timely help and humane attitude, the woman flew to Russia, she underwent surgery at home and now she is fine. the thing is that they impose this insurance on us in a package tour, which cannot be excluded, like it or not, take it! If you don't like it, get more! What kind of unobtrusive service is this????
