Advised by a friend. I had to regret it. In April 2013, my sister and I bought a ticket to Crete (Greece) for 14 days (from 07/02/2013 to 07/16/2013) from the San Mar tour operator. The hotel seemed to be half-heartedly booked by the manager - the tour operator did not answer for a long time. Documents for visa processing were handed over in May. As a result, having received a passport with a visa at the airport 1 hour before check-in! My sister and I saw that the photos were mixed up. And we realized that we would not fly to Greece! THANK YOU SURGUT RESORT "EXCELLENT HOLIDAY"!!! Until now we can not return the money for vouchers - there are litigations. I DO NOT RECOMMEND NEITHER SAN MAR NOR SURGUT RESORT
