The effect of the sauna accompanied all the way. for there was no room for the whole group. the whole group lived in one LDM hotel.

I will also mention the sanitary stops in the forest with mosquitoes, wet grass and lentils.

In St. Petersburg, the group ate together and on time. There were complaints about food. We ate separately and had a buffet.

Travel. And that's not all, because there were a lot of additional tours for extra money (by the way, one of the main profits of tour companies). They resulted in an additional UAH 1,700. Euro per person.

There were many unpleasant moments. Our people never apologize. And for our rye we were beaten. How to complain, paragraph 8.10 (In case of complaints about the quality of service, etc.). Be careful and gather factual information that will prove you right (photos, videos, witnesses, signatures, official letters of complaint).

The clause on your rights (4.2.5 and 4.2.6) states that you have the right to personal safety, protection of life, health, consumer rights, etc.

And also that you have the right to compensation for material and moral losses, etc. BE IMPORTANT so that you are not despised for your (considerable) money, which you pay for comfort.

The money for all the additional excursions was returned to us, and from the rest on the conscience and accounts of Sun Travel and Chocolate.

Hotel without air conditioning, but the girls at the reception helped us a lot in everything - food, taxis, restaurants, tours, drinking water and any other issues. So thank you very much for their support.

I would be very grateful, Karina, if you would respond to the situation professionally and resolve the issue of payment and the mandatory program. There is still the question of returning to Ukraine 24 hours a day on the same bus. tourism of Ukraine about the company Chocolate, which provided the tour, and the transport company, which serves the tour trip on technically defective transport.
