On October 14, 2014, the decision of the Kirovsky District Court of Yaroslavl No. 2-2689/14 came into force (10/14/14 the case was considered in the court of appeal - in the Yaroslavl Regional Court). The decision established that Biblio Travel LLC violated the rights of a consumer tourist by providing poor-quality services included in the tour package.
BUT now it turns out that the LLC from which the court ordered to recover compensation is no more. LLC was renamed into LLC "Vokrug sveta". But that's not a problem. The trouble is that now the activity is carried out on behalf of another LLC - the scheme according to which the activity is carried out is a separate issue.
There are a large number of enforcement proceedings in relation to Biblio Travel LLC and Vokrug Sveta LLC.
Question: does this tour operator have a goal to fulfill obligations or a goal - to earn money, avoid obligations and deceive tourists? Is it possible to receive compensation by court order?
The question is primarily to the staff and management of the tour operator Biblio Globus.
