The travel agency has not fulfilled its obligations and does not return the money.

On October 31, 2015, I signed a contract for the sale of a tour product with Bamboo Tour LLC and paid for it in full. They were supposed to fly to Thailand, departure on December 24 - 25. The travel agency undertook the obligation to submit documents to the consulate for a visa for my companion - a citizen of Belarus. The contract was drawn up for us by the director of the travel agency Tatyana Mokeeva.

4 days before departure on December 20, we find out that the visa was never issued, Tatyana Mokeeva, director of the Travel Agency, told us that this was the mistake of the SUNMAR tour operator, they did not accept, for some reason, the documents, but to confirm somehow documented that the documents were given to the travel agency - they could not. Tatyana promised to return all the money within 2 weeks.

To date, the money has not been returned, each time Tatiana refers to the arrest of the account, that the money is stuck in the system. It's been over 4 months now.

The tour operator claims that he did not issue any reservations in our names, so we can conclude that Tatyana put all our money for the tours in her pocket.

At the moment, a lawsuit has been filed against Bamboo Tour LLC. As the lawyer said, several lawsuits have already been filed against this travel agency from the same deceived "clients" like us. A criminal case on the fact of fraud has not yet been initiated.
