First, my friend flew with them and bribed their friendliness, then my family bribed their low prices and high service! But when we decided to fly with them on our travels, then they let us down! It's a shame that the hotel was carefully selected and paid for six months in advance using the early booking system! They misled about the bankruptcy of the tour operator, the need to change the hotel, because supposedly there is a chance to stay without a hotel during the holidays and all a couple of days before the start of the tour! And the tour was at the same time paid for several months by early booking! They offered a choice of urgent options for a hotel, as it turned out later, of poor quality, albeit 5 *. Vacation was ruined! This hypocritical Anna later accused us of having chosen such a hotel from those offered!
