The work of Lena's guide along the Kislovodsk-Grozny route causes criticism. Speech is tongue-tied, illiterate; the guide repeats the same information, does not know how to interest tourists, keep their attention. The itinerary could have been better organized. For example, two visits to the mosque, in my opinion (and not only mine) - too much. A visit to the mosque in the city of Argun could be replaced by something else. The guide promised to buy souvenirs all the way, but they brought me to such a shop ... Crush, a minimum of time and the poorest choice. Gentlemen, souvenirs are not only magnets that Lena sells on the bus. In general, with such a guide Vershina will soon lose its route to Grozny.
