In such a highly respected company, the founder is an elderly uncle from a remote village in the Moscow region, which is indicated in their "Consumer's Corner". And the real owners of the business do not voice their names. One of the names you can see in Cypriot applications is simply Julia.

2. Do you, colleagues, know that you are currently working under a subagency agreement? Biblio Globus Operator LLC is just an agent with whom contracts are concluded with BG Kariba, BG Russia, etc. Thus, if suddenly the operator gives up, then the insurance company will require your contract with the Biblio Globe operator, the BG operator agreement with the BG Caribbean or BG Russia, which, as you understand, you don’t have ... B) hotel refusal – please book exactly Tsanotel in Limassol

C) to the agency’s comment about what the client needs in Ayia Napa - the answer is your problems - take what we offer.

D) the agency cancels the application

E) when re-booking, the application is simply canceled by the operator without comment. To the question in the comments - "Why? After all, the site has both a ticket and a place in a hotel in Ayia Napa”, the application is restored, but put in the status “Under consideration by the operator” ....

E) The agency decides to experiment - sends its client to the office of the Biblio Globus - and what do you think? Correctly. This voucher is sold to a private client - the company decided to earn 9% in addition to its profit.

5. Black list of tourists: the company has compiled a black list of tourists - these are tourists who buy a tour, but use only tickets, and do not live in purchased hotels. So, like what kind of company is it? The tour is bought - the tourist wants - he lives in the hotel, he does not want - he does not live.

Wants - flies home, does not want - does not fly ... (We are talking about tourists who have one-year or more Schengen visas, i.e. Biblio Globus is in no way bound by obligations to any consulate). So, for the second time, a tourist will never be sold a tour with a cheap hotel, realizing that he is only interested in a ticket, but BOUGHT AT THE PRICE OF THE WHOLE TOUR.

6. Attitude towards staff... Here is just a place for expanse for the labor inspection.

A. Any mistake by an employee that results in an actual cost to the operator costs the employee money. In this case, the employee does not have a contract of material liability. In addition, it doesn’t matter that an employee pays money as a private person to the current account of a legal entity - a violation of financial discipline under the law - but the company receives this money.

B. Falsification of holidays. The company strictly prohibits vacations from April 1 to October 1.

At the same time, letters come from the personnel department to sign orders for vacation, which allegedly took place in mid-August for a period of as much as 14 days ...

C. When opening a new branch, 6 months salary is paid in an envelope, i.е. without employment. The mechanism is simple - a card is opened for one of the senior managers at the head office, which is transferred to the region, and an employee in the region withdraws money from this card in the region - for everything - for salaries, for office expenses, for events. Conclusion? Twice violation - non-payment of taxes for an employee plus the use of someone else's name card.

D. Constant listening to the phones of employees in leadership positions. Being a structure close to the FSB, this is not difficult, and the fact that this violates the law on private life is another issue.

Even telephones that are not registered with an employee of the company, but, say, with some company, are tapped to reduce the cost of the tariff, i.e. there is industrial espionage... This unpleasant event has been happening since the director of the Nizhny Novgorod branch booked a rich client, and put the agency commission in her pocket. After that, the company's management decided that everyone was thieves, and began to listen to subordinates, while not giving out office phones to employees.

E. Employee salaries are a special matter. The salary of a manager is 19-22 thousand rubles in a regional office, the salary of a manager is 32 thousand. At the same time, the working schedule is as follows: from 10 to 19-30 from Monday to Friday plus 2 Saturdays a week from 11 to 17. Average weekly working hours - 50 hours instead of 40. And no time off for work on the day off.

There is no need to talk about the fact that when a flight is closed, you have to work until 20, and up to 22 hours, and it’s even strange to mention trips to the airport to deliver documents on your own transport - gasoline is NOT compensated.

G. Accompanying flights to Sochi and Anapa from the regions by bus. The salary is higher than the market. For a flight, a person receives 13,500 rubles, along with daily allowances - per month - 54,000 rubles - a decent salary, but .... IN THE ENVELOPE. Hiding from the state 24,000 per month from each employee, and there are 30 of them in the BG. The calculation of 720 thousand per month multiplied by 4 equals about 3.5 million unpaid taxes (income, social, pension) per season. Where is the tax office looking?

Attitude towards suppliers: strange, but with such a turnover of funds, delays in payments to suppliers constantly occur: office rent - waiting for reminders every month, payment for the bus route, 5-6 hours after loading passengers and delivering them to a distance of 300 km or more. The company, which so reverently controls the payment of applications on time, is itself a malicious violator of the contracts they signed.
