Good afternoon! I want to complain about the tour operator Lekier. A bus tour to Paris is organized by a disgustingly complete collection of money. Passports and tickets were brought 5 minutes before the train left for Brest. (Nerves were already on edge!) The excursions in the cities were short along the entire route. was the entrance to the castles free collected from all of 75 euros! and said, what should I do with these tickets, they gave them to me at the travel agency, sell them to you, don’t throw them away. What kind of extortion and boorish attitude? The guide calls the travel agency on the phone and complains that they sent her to the wrong tour that she wanted and calls the group (40 people!) A bunch of idiots! And excursions for them can not be carried out for a long time. Adults and educated people.
