9.12.2015 made an application for 11. 07.2016 for early booking of tours on the site "Where We Are Not, it's good!" .. the next day, the manager with a pleasant voice called me and informed me of a pleasant price, namely 34,900 thousand rubles for two persons to Cyprus ( Larnaca), said that it is necessary to pay immediately, otherwise the ticket will increase in price. We thought about it and agreed to pay for the ticket. in response to an e-mail, I received a payment agreement and the order itself (the seal was - Econom LLC, address 117452 Moscow, Simferopol Boulevard, 31) The manager said in an e-mail that we would issue a pro-visa later .. In June, calling our manager I reported the data for a pro-visa and seemed to calm down .. - the tour was paid, the visa would be ready - time to pack my bags .. But it wasn’t there .. today, namely 7.07. 2016

and some days earlier, I called the manager to find out the necessary information: the tour operator who will carry out our vacation, the airport of departure, a package of documents (booking sheet, voucher, etc.) received an answer that she flew abroad and that I should call them to their office and learn information. I've been calling their organization for a week already... (tel: 495 989 4421) to which I get vague information from different managers, or rather I still can't understand anything about my tour!! None of the managers on my order ever called me ... Meanwhile, I am a resident of the city of Astrakhan and I still need to get to Moscow, because. the flight must take place there. I have already spent a lot of money on negotiations! And there is no information. I have already bought train tickets to Moscow. I am in limbo! Further 07/09/16 at the moment when I am already leaving for Moscow in order to 11.07.

I haven’t received it yet .. I don’t know if I’ll get it or not at all !!! In general: nerves spent, complete indifference on the part of the company to the client, scam for money ... and the money spent on the Astrakhan-Moscow train also remained my problem !!! (I forgot to tell you .. that this office somehow bears several names_ the designation "Sun & Day Travel-Hot Tours" and the director there are Petr Parshin!
