We chose this travel agency, as we did a visa with it - no problem. However, having bought tickets to Turkey, they were disappointed. The information about the hotel given to us by the manager turned out to be deeply untrue. The declared 4 stars hardly reach 3, and even then according to optimistic estimates. There was no private beach, although they said that it was. "10 minutes to the city center" turned out to be 20 minutes by transport. Yes, and the agreed time of transfer from the airport to the hotel instead of two hours - four.
