1. Service is important to me. This company always has a smile on my face. Then they ask a lot of questions and offer what I need.
I like to plan holidays easily, quickly and positively.
2. Immediately for my husband and me, the manager Tatyana made a visa to Spain. After a positive response on the visa, I entrusted her to pick me up a tour to, the same, Spain. After that, my husband and I turn only to her.
3. For me, the truth about the hotel is a big plus. If the hotel is "not very good, but its price is pleasant" Tatyana will always tell you about the "+" and "-" of the hotel.
4. Also from this agency we flew to Turkey in Barut. The hotel was recommended by the head of the travel agency. This was the best hotel in all my travels.
