I want to warn everyone against contacting this travel agency (Belka-Tour on Moskovsky Prospekt near Sennaya). The organization behaved unscrupulously, tritely appropriated the prepayment that I had previously made. After signing the contract for the tour and making an advance payment, my personal circumstances changed and literally a week after signing the contract and making an advance payment I had to ask

trip rescheduling manager.

At the same time, of course, I agreed to withhold a certain penalty for canceling the reservation (the amount is small, this is written in the contract).

When, after solving my problems, after some time I came to this company to pay the balance and still go on vacation (moreover, to the same place where I planned, even to the same hotel), I was completely denied the offset of the previous prepayment amount (Of course, minus that fine).

Considering that I have gone on vacation through this company more than once (it’s just that my personal circumstances have never developed so much that I had to shift the dates of the trip) and I had to move it not for years (by the way, about the “statute of limitations” in the contract nothing is specified) I think that I was treated dishonestly. One can only guess how this company can behave with a random client. In the end, no one is insured against sudden life circumstances that shift the trip (illness, emergency at work, etc.). It's a shame they treat their customers this way. Of course, because of this, I did not write a statement of claim to the court, the prepayment was not so hot, what space, there is no time to hang around our courts, God forbid. Although, I think that this was also calculated.
