The first experience of traveling abroad, the city of Helsinki was chosen. Since the holidays, the tickets were booked and BUYED IN THE OFFICE a few days in advance. The first surprise was that instead of the PROMISED minibus there was a big bus.
But the most important thing is that the bell rang and they said "sorry, there will be no bus back." What can I say ... they ruined the whole vacation, especially the holidays, it is very difficult to find places back, and it took half the rest to look for a return flight.
The most annoying thing is that they did not connect any services to cellular communications, and they were not even interested in them, because. we agreed that we would not call anyone ... As a result, we had to make calls, about a thousand rubles were spent on cellular communications !!
