We flew from 14/07/13 to 23/07/13 to Cyprus as a family of 3 (2 adults and a child 9 years old)
Background:
Maria Tikhonova was contacted through our parents. Her parents live in the village of Tsvelodubovo and know her parents very well. Therefore, they considered that the person is good and reliable ...
Half of the amount (60 tr) was paid for 1 month, then they waited for confirmation of the hotel, etc. After confirmation, we paid the 2nd half and began to look forward to the long-awaited date of departure (for the wife and child, this was the first flight abroad and to the sea).
On the 12th, they called Maria in order to find out when we would receive our tickets, visas, vouchers - she said that in the evening or on the 13th in the morning. On the 13th at 16 pm, when the patience had already run out to listen to her excuses and stories that she would now send, we went to her ourselves.
Arriving at the office, we were given all the documents, but except for insurance (later I sent a scanned copy)
In the airoport.
at the airport, for some reason, on economy class tickets, we got seats in business class, which made us very happy and drove away all negative thoughts. But, upon arrival at the airport in Cyprus, our names were not found in the transfer lists of the Biblioglobus tour operator. Then nerves began to appear ... After a call from Maria (fortunately, roaming was connected in advance), Maria said that this was most likely a confusion and this happens, they say, try again. Ok, let's go try - our names were never there, and what is most interesting, our vouchers were of a completely different format and did not at all match the format of the Biblioglobus tour operator, the staff also could not identify them ...
I want to say thank you to the kind and helpful staff of the Cypriot Biblioglobus, they did not leave us, but put us on the bus and reassured us in every possible way.
On the way to the hotel, we calmed down a little and began to incline to the version that even so our data did not have time to arrive on time.
But, at the hotel reception, our vouchers were also criticized and problems with check-in began ... Again, thanks to the staff of the Atlantica Aeneas Resort & Spa 5 * (Cyprus / Ayia Napa) for understanding. We were seated and apologized. Upon arrival at the room, we finally relaxed, as everything, as it seemed to us, fell into place - we are in the room, the place is gorgeous, the sea is at hand. But the euphoria ended the next day after lunch - our number was blocked! Arriving at the reception, we were told that a representative of the Cypriot Biblioglobus with Maria Kamslin (or Kamelin) was waiting for us. Ms. Maria Kamslin politely explained to us that we should not stay in this hotel, but should live in another (atlantis resort class a 4) with a very similar name and not 10 nights but 7!!! 3 less than we should! We were also told that we have to pay for our accommodation in this hotel (320 euros) per night. When asked why on earth, we were provided with a document that our reservation was canceled on 5/07/13!!!
Here the calls of our St. Petersburg Maria began. But, for some reason, she did not pick up the phone.
Again, many thanks for the support of the Cypriot Maria, within an hour (negotiations with the local Biblioglobus office and rebooking, etc.) the problem was removed - for 600 euros (the difference between that hotel and ours) we stayed in our hotel, but since tickets in the Biblioglobus database were on 07/21/13 instead of 07/23/13 our vacation was reduced by 3 days.
Having called, on a trace. the day before our Maria, we heard a lot of chatter about how it was not her fault and that she was not in the know, etc. She promised us that everything would be resolved and our vacation would last as planned, she also promised to return the money (600 euros)
The rest continued (it took a lot of work to perk up and try to distract from all these problems)
Within 5 days, we corresponded and called up with Maria, yet (by some miracle) we received 600 euros from her and continued to listen to fairy tales about how she would decide everything.
We received tickets for the 21st (Sunday) from the employee of Biblioglobus (local guide - Natalya, a sharp-bones asshole and hamlo). On Friday (19th) afternoon, we again contacted our Maria and clarified the situation, to which she told us that there were no tickets for 23, but there were tickets for 24 and she would book them for us. In the evening she sent them to us. After thinking about what and how, because we are at the hotel until 21, and on Maria's tickets we will fly away on 24, we need to live somewhere, namely in our hotel, I went to the reception. Having described the whole situation, we were told that there were no places, that we were registered until the 21st, and that only Bilioglobus could solve this situation. almost the entire hotel was bought by him. Let's call the Cypriot Maria, we were told that the office is no longer working and that she will only be able to find out about us on Monday, but in any case we will have to pay for 3 days of accommodation (320 * 3 = 960 euros). Calling our Maria, we did not receive anything intelligible.
When we called the airline to find out if we were on the 24th flight, we were not at all surprised that we were not there! The decision was immediately made - we fly on the 21st.
Upon arrival in St. Petersburg, we wrote a complaint to Ms. Maria Tikhonova and began to listen to her tales about how it was not her fault and that this was all Biblioglobus. On her recommendation, we wrote an application to the Biblioglobus insurance company and began to wait for a 2-week period for compensation. We never received any money. Ms. Maria went to the holy place only once and shared her grief that she was in the hospital.
All this time we are looking for a moment to file a lawsuit, but somehow everything does not work out.
According to the stories of the inhabitants of the village of Tsvelodubovo, Ms. Maria did not skimp even on relatives and friends - she was also deceived, even fraudulently received 100 tr for treatment for brain cancer.
In the end, I’ll say that this bastard never called herself for all the time that we beat in Cyprus, she is a completely rotten and heartless person and I really hope that she will get what she deserves for that evil and for the tears of my wife and child.
I think that everyone can imagine what kind of panic and fear when you are in a foreign country and you are evicted from hotels and they still demand money for accommodation, and where it is far from clear, especially when you are 9 years old.
