I read the reviews and realized I'm not the only one! Apparently, 1001 managers of this company write good reviews themselves. All negative reviews are straight forward.
Everything was like this: I sent an application on the Internet, they immediately called me back, and the friendliness of the manager also bribed me. Priority countries were discussed by phone and work began. Because I didn’t have an understanding and decision where to fly, I hoped for the professionalism of the tour manager, I thought they would advise, tell, motivate in the end (in vain !!!). I came to the office in the hope that we, together with the manager, would quickly consider the options on the spot (we sat for 3 hours !!!!), while the manager, who herself understood little about the features of the proposed countries and could not give any professional advice (Thanks to Svetlana, who was clearly the only specialist in this field, she saved the situation), there was an expression on her face so displeased that I had to apologize.
We stopped at the hotel, made an advance payment, the next day I received a letter that the reservation was not confirmed. Then the most interesting thing began, I asked to pick up a tour to Europe, I was already given another manager, the girl threw off WHAT I DO NOT NEED, BUT WHAT THEY NEED exactly until I lost my nerve and I was already 1000th time in raised tones said the requirements for the tour. They worked for 3 days so she will throw off 3-4 hotel options (in different countries! That is, 1 hotel in Spain, 2 in Greece, 1 Italy), and then it’s impossible to contact the client for half a day, then she has lunch, then busy, please call back, they don’t call back, etc. By the end of the fourth day, we decided on the hotel, and the manager himself knows little about the hotel area, what is around, etc. I was looking for everything!!! I ask you to book a tour - they assure me that the tour is booked, b-you are here too !!!! ATTENTION!!! Suddenly she calls me back and says that the price has increased and they have erroneous data increased by 30 thousand!!!
Okay, hell agreed with him, because. there was no longer the strength to look for a new tour! They throw off a whole sheet of documents that I MUST PREPARE FOR ISSUING THEM VISAS (I MEAN A LOT OF XEROCOPIES, RECORD OF QUESTIONNAIRES ... FOR EXAMPLE OTHER TOUR OPERATORS DO THIS INDEPENDENTLY!). The manager offers to issue an account statement for a visa for 1500 rubles. I call back the next day (to clarify the issue of issuing and depositing the remaining money), my manager has a day off, another employee picks up the phone and delves into it))), as I delved into it, it turned out that the certificate costs 1000 rubles, and the MOST IMPORTANT thing is that the tour is not booked that the hotel did not confirm the reservation and THEY LIKE TO SUGGEST ANOTHER HOTEL (because all the options around were considered ANOTHER HOTEL FOR ANOTHER 50,000 EXPENSIVE))). This is where my patience ran out! I requested an immediate refund of the deposit.
DEAR TOURISTS, IF YOU RESPECT YOUR TIME, TAKE CARE OF YOUR HEALTH, DO NOT CONTACT THIS NIKONOR OFFICE!!!!!! I AM AFRAID TO IMAGINE HOW YOUR HOLIDAY WAS WITH THE HELP OF THIS OPERATOR!!! MOOD IS SPOKEN, A WEEK OF TIME LOST!
