To Greece with SOLVEX TOUR

The vacation turned out to be spontaneous, we found a hotel on our own (Kinneta Beach). Solvex was chosen as a well-known operator in Greece.

What did not like:

- discrepancy between advertising and the fact: the tour operator declared 10 nights, but in fact only 9 (airplane at 23-10). Solvex showed complete incomprehension, referring to the airline that changed the schedule. In my opinion, when advertising should indicate 9 nights. With difficulty, they insisted that the 10 nights paid for were indicated on the ticket (we rested with children and did not want that on the last day at 12-00 we were asked to vacate the room)

- Solveks promised us a large room - quadro (according to them, agreed with the hotel). In fact, it turned out to be a standard (calls to Sovex did not help).

- despite the fact that Solvex employees knew about our hotel, they did not warn about its features (part of the beach activities are only for vacationers who came from a French operator)

- Solvex has a constant recalculation of the cost of the tour according to the current euro exchange rate (archive from the late 90s). They did not miss their 3 kopecks on the difference.

What we liked:

- visas were issued on time

- host, Open Way, we work very well (transfer and excursions)

Recommendations: ask Soveks as many questions as possible, and ask to fix everything in the ticket, so that there would be a reason to demand something
