It was terrible

Terrible travel agency. I will not advise anyone.

We contacted her in April 2018. We got on the manager Oksana. Initially, the girl proved herself well, she was very nice, she picked up a tour according to our requests and our budget. Chose, made a contract, paid the full cost of the tour.

And then it began...

- As soon as the money was received from us, the travel agency completely stopped working with us. They don't pick up tubes. Confirmation is not sent. We called them every day, finally confirmed the tour, asked to send a written confirmation by mail, for this it took 10 times to remind. They finally sent it and here's a surprise, it turned out that the tour has risen in price, although Oksana said that if you pay the full cost, then this will not happen.

- from requests to the hotel I wanted to get a youth hotel with a good beach.

Oksana advertised that it was a good, mega fun hotel with excellent animation, constant discos and a gorgeous beach. We got exactly the opposite. We arrived at some hole with a disgusting beach with a natural slab at the entrance.

After receiving money from us, they began to work disgustingly towards us, they don’t answer calls, they make mistakes in documents, they don’t want to fix it.

I will never use this tour company again. In relation to Oksana, in general, there was a special negative impression.
