Tour operator ruined vacation

We will try not to use the services of this operator again and will not advise our friends ...

It all started with the fact that they forgot to bring the documents to us at the airport! During lengthy negotiations with the support service (from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm), the documents were found with some other courier, but the plane (which was at 11 am) had already left ... We were transferred to a plane that left the next day around 7 am...

Thus, the whole day was lost and money was spent on phone calls, meals at the hotel and a second transfer ... And the mood was also spoiled, and the night without sleep!

Thanks to the efforts of our travel agency and relatives in Moscow, we were "compensated" for the lost day with 1 excursion (for 2x) (which initially they were not even going to do - the guide at the hotel Larisa said that they already transferred us to another plane) compensated, but morally ...... The sediment remained.

The hotel guide Larisa is quite competent and polite, which was not expected after talking with the support staff...

We didn't get an apology! Only a "knocked out" tour with a total cost of 114 euros (although not with a tour operator, it costs much less). Of course, no one will demand and sue material compensation - not the same amount, but we will not advise our friends to use such services. If you have already bought a tour from this tour operator, check everything in advance!
