This company, represented by the general director, which is Skulkina Irina Gennadievna, registers a tour for you on the tour operator's website, after which you pay them 100% for the tour. They themselves do not pay the tour operator. You are provided with order details. As a rule, tourists come for a voucher a week before departure, or 2 if you need to apply for visas. They are told that there were problems and the tour was not booked (the main excuse is that negligent managers stole the money). At best, they give you a receipt. I was supposed to fly to Turkey on June 29th. On June 21, I was informed that the tour was not booked and promised to return the money. The tour was expensive - 4 people were flying for 2 weeks. I'm still waiting - they serve breakfast. I'm going to go to the police and the court - to file a complaint about fraud. I know about not departure more than 50 people.
