The organization of the trip is disgusting. Let's start with the fact that the SMS with the bus number never arrived...

In addition, an absolutely useless guide who does not know how and does not want to organize a trip: they forgot people in the store (5-6 people), and the guide sat in her place (never got up to at least check where these "losses" were) and told us about how hard it is for her to work (instead of actually working). She forced us to sit on the bus for an hour (extra, over the norm) so that those who bought there would return. After this incident, several times during the entire trip, she reminded us of such "unscrupulous" people (who are late), thereby escalating negativity and spoiling our mood. As a result, she forced us all to sign a document stating that there were actually stragglers on our trip. In my opinion, if you paraphrase her text, tourists signed under her words: "I don't know how to organize"!

(I believe that this problem is not tourists, but the problem is just the company and the organizational activities of the guide).

Several times during the whole trip, she reminded us that she would not give us any tea or coffee (although it is written on the website that this is mandatory and free of charge), because it was with her that the woman was scalded with boiling water (that is, again confirmation that she was going to go with her it’s impossible and she doesn’t know how to organize and won’t), at the border we ran with bags at a time when neighboring buses were inspected by customs officers (when those guides organized this work) ...

The mood is ruined.

Conclusion: there are a lot of those companies where they try to do everything for our good! Do not use the services of this company!
