Upon arrival in Turkey, at the Antalya airport, we found out that Tui changed the hotel for us, which we paid 18 days ago!!! Hotel MAYA WORLD SIDE cannot accept us!!!! Three of Tui's employees voiced 3 different versions;
1 hotel is full (and this is at the end of the season! from October 18, 2020)
2, the hotel is already closed, and all 14 nights we will be in a hotel 26 km from the city ... although we went to a hotel located in the forest, with all the necessary infrastructure nearby ...
3 we are accommodated temporarily, after 2 days you can change the hotel ...
MAYA WORLD SIDE 4 * or 5 * (Side) changed to
0 The food and the room are normal. The territory of the hotel is tiny, there are wastelands around! But we are young, without children - this boring hotel is not for us!!!!)
Tui's representative at the hotel barked that we were fabulously lucky to get such a replacement!!! After that, she tried to foist excursions at inflated prices !!! We didn’t see her again, but we didn’t really want to see her!
Back to Antalya airport transfer from Tui by car takes 3 hours 25 minutes!!!!
