Hotel Ozkaymak Incekum in Alanya. we got from the airport for 1.5 hours, they knew about it, so it was not a problem. the daughter overslept and did not even notice how we arrived. settled an hour after arrival $ 20 in the passport and we do not have a bad room overlooking the pool. In short, then the food, the service, the beach correspond to the cost paid. all information about the hotel provided by Oksana (travel agency manager) was true. in general, we are satisfied with the rest, travel agency. the only thing was difficult to catch the hotel guide, but it's probably not for them.
