Good afternoon.
I would like to say a big thank you for the provided vacation. We returned today from Alanya. Sea, sun, sand - everything is great.
But! There is a huge minus that spoiled the impression of the rest.
When you travel with kids, anything can happen. My child was severely poisoned. I don’t even know what: we ate only at the hotel.
But that's not the point. And the fact that we had to abandon the paid tour. The hotel guide not only refused to return the money to us, although he should return 80% of the amount. So he did not answer the phone calls, then he was no longer at the hotel.
And the second problem we faced was the transfer to the airport.
Our flight from Antalya was at 8 pm, and we were picked up from the hotel at 3.30. We drove exactly 3 hours. We arrived at the airport 30 minutes before the end of check-in. I ran from counter to counter with two children. And the airport is not small huge queues. In general, we checked in and announced landing.
Why can't people be picked up from the hotel earlier? Why do you not take into account the time for check-in and passport control?
