We purchased a ticket to Turkey from the tour operator TezTour. Flight No. 8528 of Tatarstan Airlines from Antalya to Rostov-on-Don on 06/07/2013 was delayed for 13 hours - together with the time indicated on the ticket, 10.10, they actually took off at 23.15. All this time, 200 tourists from Rostov who bought tickets from Teztour were at the airport. The tour operator brought and simply left people in the terminal building, where everyone was actually held hostage, although it was promised that in case of a change in departure time, waiting for tourists in their hotels. The TezTour company was simply INACTIVE, there was not a single representative of it, people were forced to call the embassy and involve the media on the territory of the Russian Federation !!! I sent an online complaint to TezTUR. Instead of at least an apology from the largest tour operator, I give a verbatim answer - Yulia Sergeevna, good afternoon!

The carrier may, without notice, transfer the passenger for transportation to another carrier, change the aircraft, change or cancel boarding at the points indicated on the ticket, if necessary. The timetable is subject to change without notice to the passenger. The carrier is not responsible for providing flight connections."
The legal department of the TEZ TOUR Company will accept your formal claim for consideration if you send it to the agency in which you booked the tour, issuing it to the general director of the agency.
