Traveled with a friend from 02 to 05 December. A flight to Netanya, Ginot Yam hotel and two excursions were planned.
1. Departure day - we flew on time, everything is fine, we flew to Ben Gurion and waited for a transfer for three hours. The company saves on transfers and collects all possible flights, according to the principle of roulette. People don't care. So we spent the first day on the road. The hotel is terrible (although we, in principle, without any special claims). Dirt, cats, windows in the trash, India-2 stars)
2. Day two - an excursion to Bethlehem and Jerusalem - half a day we collected people from hotels, the same back. The rest is excellent.
3. Day three - Spa at the Dead Sea - everything is fine, except for the lack of a guide in principle, the tour took place in complete silence.
4. Day 4-departure. And now about the main thing)) The transfer came for an hour and a half of the agreed time. Nobody warned us. The tour company said, this is your problem, we sent a fax to the hotel, it's your own fault, take a taxi. They also scolded us in every possible way.
Summary - I will never advise Israellux to anyone for organizing a holiday!!!
