My tour will start tomorrow, and I already want to write a review about this "wonderful company" This travel agency violates the rights of consumers. I bought a ticket for the "early booking" promotion. Everything was paid in advance. A month before departure, we change the start date of the tour. And TWO days before departure, they demand to make an additional payment, since air travel has risen in price. Moreover, the flight has risen in price only near the Baltic coast. Other travel agencies have the same rates. The director is just rude. And managers are not able to solve the problems of tourists. They can't agree with the hotel on a late check-out (if you have a late flight) We wanted to resolve this issue before departure and pay here. But we are told: Solve the issue on the spot yourself. I asked for two rooms next to each other, as our elderly parents are flying with us. And we are again told: solve the problem on the spot yourself. And you will hear such an answer just before the start of the tour.
In the meantime, you have not paid, you will be promised that the travel agency will solve all the issues. If you also want to organize children's recreation (for example, sports camps), then surprises will also await you at the last moment. If you like such surprises, then you are here.
