If they promise to send documents tomorrow, they will send them in a week. Promise to call - never call! Complete irresponsibility. When you get through to them, they say: you are probably going on vacation for the first time? Like, all travel agencies have this, but we are not in the subject) In fact, we often travel, used the services of other travel agencies (but they disappeared due to the crisis) or booked tickets and hotels ourselves. Never experienced such anxiety! At that moment, they wanted to take the advance payment for the tour, because.

after a week of waiting, the hotel did not confirm what should have been done, but one of the many managers began to persuade, straight, some kind of blackmail with a squeal: I was looking for a tour for you (although I sent them an application), calculated the cost of the tour, and you changed your mind take advantage of our services! In general, to our misfortune, we stayed with them, ordered another tour. vacation to go. When they received a 50% prepayment, they begin to be rude, disappear, unsubscribe with general phrases.

As a result, when the documents for the tour were finally ready, it turned out that these documents were in another office of the Kitai-gorod metro station (where we had never gone), and we arrived at the office of the metro station Rechnoy Vokzal, while the day before we stipulated that we will come to them on Rechnaya, and this is the day before the trip.

When paying the rest of the amount, the manager added up 50% of the previously paid and the balance and rounded it up so interestingly that the price increased by 500 rubles (I say, but 500 rubles change? The result is this: they counted on one amount, paid more. No information on the tour was provided, just to sell. They don't care about their image.
