Like, all travel agencies have this, but we are not in the subject) In fact, we often travel, used the services of other travel agencies (but they disappeared due to the crisis) or booked tickets and hotels ourselves. Never experienced such anxiety! At that moment, they wanted to take the advance payment for the tour, because.
after a week of waiting, the hotel did not confirm what should have been done, but one of the many managers began to persuade, straight, some kind of blackmail with a squeal: I was looking for a tour for you (although I sent them an application), calculated the cost of the tour, and you changed your mind take advantage of our services! In general, to our misfortune, we stayed with them, ordered another tour. vacation to go. When they received a 50% prepayment, they begin to be rude, disappear, unsubscribe with general phrases.
