Each time, the firm's accountant swore to me that the money would be returned the next day, and initially no one informed me that I should write an application for a refund. On February 16, 2016, the accountant undertook to bring the money home to me and hand it over personally, after which she did not contact me for two hours. Then she called and again said that a refund was not possible, since she had to cover the debts of Tursoyuz LLC. To my extreme indignation at such an act, the accountant replied that, since the application for the return of funds had not been received, this was not my personal money, but the company's. After that, on February 17, 2016. I turned to a legal organization for help in resolving this problem, because I realized that no one wants to return my money voluntarily to me.
