I went to rest more than once, but for the first time with Pegasus tourist. I heard a lot of bad things about this company, but I did not expect that I myself would encounter this. We bought a package from Pegasus only because they were the only ones who flew out of our city of Sochi, respectively, and planned to fly back to their city. But it was not there. It's good that the hotel where we rested was the Internet and we contacted our friend who works in a travel agency, she then told us 3 days before departure that we had changed the day of departure and the CITY too. The tour operator at the hotel did not know anything about this and when we asked her for this information, she said that everything was fine with us, come to the reception the day before departure and find out your departure. Initially, they were supposed to take off at 7:40 in the morning in Sochi, respectively, in the evening before departure, they should look at the information. And then we would only know that our flight had changed to 23:50 to Krasnodar and we would have to leave the hotel at 7:40 in the evening.

That is, you come to the reception after dinner and find out that right now you need to get on the bus and go to the airport. After long conversations with the tour operator, she nevertheless began to call the company and after 2 hours she found out that, indeed, our flight had changed. And that's it. How we will get from Krasnodar to Sochi, she could not say anything. She has one tool: the airlines are to blame, contact them, I don’t know anything else, and in general I’m just here. And this is a Pegasus Tourist!!! She just sits there and sells excursions to vacationers three times more expensive than their cost. In general, on the way to the airport, we were not the only ones, some even accidentally found out about the departure 2 hours in advance. That's how you can ruin the whole holiday. Departed from Antalya at 00:30. In Krasnodar were at 4:30, flew longer than in Sochi. And from Krasnodar they put us in two buses on which we traveled for 7 hours, and the road to Sochi is difficult, it takes 3-4 hours to go along the serpentine.

With us, the children are no longer small, but they all took pills for motion sickness. I was at home at one o'clock in the afternoon, just no, I could not even talk. From such a trip departed 2 days. This is how Pegasus can kill emotionally and physically rest!!! Never use their services!!!
