There was a great experience in visiting various countries, from "Biblio Globus" we went for the first time. And very much regretted it. Upon arrival in Ho Chi Minh City, no one met us. They began to call a representative of the tour company, it turns out that we were not ordered a transfer (we were not warned about this), although this service is indicated in the contract, when we asked why they did not meet, they answered: "there are only two of you from this flight and we did not consider it necessary to meet you" , we were offered to take a taxi on our own and go to the hotel, drive 5 hours. We are in Vietnam for the first time and do not speak languages. At the Airport, a man with a taxi badge approached us, we negotiated the price and got into a taxi, as it turned out it was a Vietnamese scammer. We almost got robbed.
There were many phone calls with the tour operator, and by phone via roaming, we threatened the false taxi driver with the police (some Russian-speaking Vietnamese, who was found by a representative of the tour company, explained to him about the police) and after that we were transferred to a real taxi and then without incident we drove to hotel. If they had met us, explained everything and put us in a taxi, there would not have been such an unpleasant aftertaste. The rest itself is wonderful, only I didn’t want to go on excursions after such a road, the hotel, food, beach, sea are wonderful. The departure was not so negative, but again no one saw us off, the explanation did not differ from the previous one: "there are only two of you." Thank God, there were no problems with the delivery of the room and we already knew what a taxi should be, how much it costs and the road is familiar.
It turns out that we went as savages, it is not clear why we paid the "Biblio Globe", we could book a room and buy plane tickets ourselves.
I recommend not to use the "Biblio Globus", so as not to get negative from the rest, for your own money.
