Caution Pak Gruop

During the New Year holidays, my daughter and I traveled around the most beautiful and richest country in history. We were in Italy. Italy is simply beautiful and exceeded all expectations. But there was a huge fly in the ointment on this trip. We went through the tour operator Pak Group. And the whole trip did not leave us with the thought that they had seriously saved on us. I bought the tour in advance, at the end of September. The program was as follows: Rimini-Rome-Siena-Florence-Venice - San Marino-Rimini.

On the first day, our flight was delayed and we arrived in Rimini quite late, we were met by an attendant and taken to the hotel. Hotel Annette This hotel reminded me of a pioneer camp where my mother used to take a trade union ticket to me as a child. The hotel was 3 stars, but the room was tiny, narrow, almost cribs. In the bathroom, a watering can protruded from the wall, and a hole was made in the floor.

The escort warned us to remove the toilet paper while taking a shower, otherwise we would later use it when wet.

Also in the bathroom there was a large window with rusty hinges, because of this the temperature in the bathroom was the same as outside (i.e. +10). While taking a shower, the water did not go into the hole, gradually filling the bathroom. The hair dryer was, of course, absent. But the biggest surprise awaited us when we went to bed, it turned out that our hotel is closely adjacent to the railway and even tired of the road, I could not sleep. It felt like I was on railroad tracks.

Many may say that it was my own fault and I should have read about the hotel on the Internet in advance, yes, I always do this. But in our voucher it was only indicated that we were provided with 3-star hotels, and we were not told the names of the hotels. I have been to Europe more than once and thought that 3 stars is quite acceptable.

Next, we had to move to Rome. There were no particular complaints about the hotel. The usual treble. The only thing they cheated us with was that we paid extra for a hotel in the center of Rome, and the accompanying person assured us that our hotel was located in the center. But it seems to me that if I got to the main attractions by metro, then I'm not in the center. We stayed in Rome for 3 days. And then we drove back to Rimini via Siena and Florence.

Upon arrival at the Annette hotel, a surprise awaited us, we were given the same rooms. They didn't even take the rubbish out of the trash in the rooms. That is, as I threw out the packaging film from the suitcases, etc., all this was waiting for me for 3 days. Well, let alone change the towels, and there could be no question.

To numerous requests to change the hotel, or at least the rooms (so that they go to the other side of the railway, the attendant said that there were no available rooms (although only our group lived in the hotel)

We flew from Rimini, on January 9 fog fell on Rimini and our plane could not land in Rimini. It was night, we were loaded into buses and taken to the unknown town of Pescara. There we were unloaded and abandoned. The representative of the Pak Group literally ran away from us, and we did not see the representatives of the airline. And for 9 hours we sat in a godforsaken airport, from where no one else took off except for our flight. Airport workers also quickly disappeared and even closed the cafe. There were very few places to sit, people were dragging some chairs and laying down to sleep on them. For 9 hours we were not even given water. This trip was organized for us by the tour operator Pak Group.
