I would like to immediately warn everyone - I am very old. For the last 15 years, my husband and I have traveled 2-3 times a year. I mean long trips for two weeks. They learned to travel around Europe themselves. We book a hotel, tickets and go. Unfortunately, this did not happen this time with Egypt. We turned to the Atlas travel agency, before that we went to Cyprus with them 9 years ago, then it worked out. On the phone, everyone is polite, sweet, just a pleasure. And we got caught... I came to buy. She very clearly stated what she would like to see in the hotel, this is important for Egypt. Moreover, I even said which hotel I want, to which the manager SVETLANA ALEKSEEVA (REMEMBER THIS NAME !!!) began to dissuade me in every possible way, they say the hotel is already old and not at all the same as it was. Everything is so convincing that I just believed it. Was 6 times in Sharm of which 4 times in this hotel and yet I was bred as a child.
This "manager" convinced me in every possible way that all I want from a hotel is a completely different place, a different hotel. I looked at advertising pictures, heard that she personally was there and would only send her parents there, bought two tickets. Why did she have to deceive like that, or the person is generally not competent in her work. It's obvious that she wasn't there. I do not want to say anything bad about the hotel, it is good, but for a certain circle. But everything did not correspond to my requests at all. I wanted a quiet hotel, with a good reef, as we are fond of diving. Instead, we ended up in a hotel where the reef is almost completely absent, A huge number of vacationers with children from 6 months to .... Constant crying day and night, screams of Russian parents, squeals. But the worst thing is not that, we could not go anywhere at all !!! And all because of the complete ILLITERACY of SVETLANA ALEKSEEVA.
I have a very simple Russian, common surname, but this irresponsible girl who works with documents could not spell it correctly even when she took a photocopy of her passport. It's my fault when I came to pick up tickets and a voucher, I checked their availability, but did not spell them out. Bottom line, when I tried to check in for a flight, on Saturday evening 02/16/13, I found that such a passenger as I was not on the list of departing passengers at all. Time 16.00, day off. I called Alekseeva, in response: "So what, mistakes are made in tickets, and in general I have a day off, there is nothing to disturb me." I called Atlas, I ask to connect with someone who will solve the problem. They asked me to leave the phone, they will contact me. I left, I'm still waiting. I called Transaero, where a very polite young man Ivan said that there was a mistake on the ticket - it doesn’t matter. Check the hotel voucher and insurance, if it's also messed up, then that's it.
In the event of an insured event, everything will be checked very carefully. There's big money there. Naturally, there was an error everywhere. I call Alekseeva again and already in a bad way, I explain that, being a lawyer in civil and administrative law myself, I will resolve the issue at a different level. Then there are endless negotiations, calls and hassle. What to find out a few hours before the vacation that you are not going anywhere. Late in the evening Alekseeva brought the documents almost to the house. My husband met and took away, by that time I was already completely upset, I felt very bad. It is a pity that the management of the travel agency did not get in touch with us. Leave a review on their site is not possible, everything is blocked. This is not right, it turns out that one bad employee spoils the opinion of the whole company. I still haven't come to my senses. Plus deception with the hotel.
I just wanted to write a review, but now within a week I will find time and take an official complaint addressed to their director, I want to believe that they will at least answer. It turns out that this travel agency can not be trusted. They send tourists to the hotels they need. We are very sorry that our holiday was ruined.
