Vacation ruined!

Good day to all!

On June 17, we returned from a trip to Greece from Pegasus ... We, before that, had heard information that there were problems with Pegasus, but since we really liked the chosen hotel, and it was from Pegasus, we decided to fly. And we missed big! There were four of us, my husband and I (youth) and 2 adult women .. The vouchers were issued from June 6 to 17 ... Terrible doubts hardened into our heads, when even on June 5 we were not given reliable information about whether our documents were ready with visas ... Pegasus just gave our travel agency the go-ahead: they say, everything is going according to plan, send tourists to the airport!!!

When we arrived at the airport at 12 noon, and we drove from another city for more than 6 hours, the Pegasus representative was not there at all! Turning to a nearby representative from another agency, we hoped to immediately receive our documents !!!! But the girl, who had been rummaging through her passports for a long time, did not find anything ....

there were about 2 hours left before departure, then our representative appeared ... Having once again looked at the available passports, the young man said that we did not have any documents and today there would definitely not be any documents!!!!!! We were in shock !! questions, the Pegasus representative just shrugged and repeated that he knows nothing, he does not solve these issues, his job is only to issue the available passports, and in general, solve your questions yourself, with your travel agency !!! In half an hour he in general, it was blown away by the wind !!!! Some kind of f*ck !!!

In short, on June 6 we never flew away!!!!! We did not know where our documents were, why they were not brought, and in general when they would be brought!!!! All that our travel agency has achieved is only what Pegasus offered us departure on June 8!!! That is, we had to sit at the airport for more than 2 days and it’s not a fact that they will be brought on June 8, it’s not a fact that even if they are brought on a plane there will be tickets !!!!!

Naturally, no one from Pegasus wanted to deal with our problem !!! We wanted to contact Pegasus on our own, our turfima at the same time finding out, gave us the phone number of the girl who had previously dealt with our documents - Oksana Gzhgyro it seems .... when we started calling, introducing ourselves as tourists, they didn’t bring documents, and asked Oksana, they told us that they don’t work like that and they hung up !!!!! three times I personally dialed again and they repeated to me again and again that they don’t work like that, when I started to explain who we are and what happened to us, they just hung up!!!!!!!Imagine our condition!!!They were not even interested in what was happening with their tourists!!!!I'm just shocked by their work!!!!! !!!!!

And by the way, the young man who was from Pegasus that day and issued passports spoke very impudently to us, and then generally said: "What do you want, the first time? It's in the order of things !!!"

Just bastards!!!!

Of course, no one cared about where we would wait for June 8...Whether you want to go to the hotel, you want to go back home...Nobody was interested!!!

On the evening of June 6, a representative from our travel agency called us and said that Pegasus had the documents in the office and supposedly they had just received them from the embassy (although the visa was issued on May 30)!! We were offered to fly on June 8, we agreed ....

When we arrived at the airport on June 8, the Pegasus representative was again not there!!!! And our passports too!!!!!!!!!!! there were no passports again!!! My mother, who flew with us, began a real hysteria ...

This time, the manifested hysteria apparently influenced the representative of Pegasus (that day there was another young man - Evgeny Sergeev) and he began to call the office .... In parallel with him, we began to call our company ....

After some time, it turned out that the passports were in the Pegasus office and they forgot to hand them over along with others brought to the airport that day ... FORGOT !!!! There were about 2 hours left before departure, and our passports were in the office !!!! Our hopes to fly away were melting like spring snow!!! The representative of Pegasus told us that our passports were being carried by a courier ... Literally 20 minutes before the end of registration, they brought us passports ... We no longer hoped to fly away at all, mentally imagining how we would take revenge on Pegasus! !!

The mood was below the baseboard, I didn’t want to cherish anywhere ... The vacation was ruined ...

By the way, the rest of the tourists from other tour operators who flew to Greece on the same day flew away safely ....

Conclusion - NEVER AGAIN WE WILL NEVER CONTACT WITH THIS PEGASUS AND DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!!!
