Vacation with the travel agency Aneks Tour is spoiled

We bought a ticket from Anex Tour, because the agent said that the company is well-known in Turkey. Therefore, we decided to take a ticket from them, even though it was more expensive than other operators. In the end, very disappointed. The hotel where we were settled (3 stars), not like 3 stars, he didn’t pull even one star. It was possible to eat only at the risk to health. The hotel guide thought only about selling excursions, he did not want to talk about other topics. We asked to be relocated - refused. Then they wrote a complaint to Anex-Tour with a request to compensate for the damage (we flew out of there ahead of time) - we were refused, they said that the hotel was good, that we all invent.

In general, we will not contact this tour operator again.
