Quote from "Memo on the Czech Republic Lead the tour": p.3.3. In case of any problems related to your stay (transfer, hotel accommodation, shortcomings in hotel service, excursion service, etc.), please immediately contact the representatives of the host company. Phone numbers are listed at the end of the memo.
On the morning of 01/09/12, I called +420 774 833 485, and then +420 774 833 486 to find out why we were brought to the airport so early by transfer. A very unfriendly girl answered me on the first number, and with a hysterical note in her voice she said that we couldn’t help you, they would bring you to the airport in 3 hours, and that it would take 2.5 hours to get to Pardubice (although actually 1.5). I said in response that we traveled from the airport with resettlement for 1.5 hours. The girl said indignantly: "You must have been driving at night." Although we left by transfer at 17:30 local time from the airport. When I called the second number, a young man answered (I think his name is Maxim).
At first, he tried to explain to me that such a time is needed to insure in case of accidents and traffic jams (surprisingly, I did not see traffic jams in Prague like in Moscow). Further, I said that 4 hours before departure is a lot. After that (the most interesting thing!) he answered me in an arrogant tone: “You probably flew to rest only in Turkey and Egypt! And here we got out for the first time in the European Union!” Of course, I answered him that this is not so (I asked him not to say such words yet, because this is a completely unprofessional explanation) and this is not the first time I have been in the European Union, but I have never been to Turkey at all. And added that they calculate the time incorrectly. To which he told me (and so “politely”): “Then don’t fly on a charter, but fly on a direct flight if you don’t like it, then they will call for you later!” Rudeness on the face of the manager! How are they even hired!
It was like that, I flew with my boyfriend to Nice through a town in Italy, also on a charter. And we were brought on time - in 2 hours!!! To the airport. We managed to arrange Taxfree, check in luggage, go through customs. At the same time, the transfer did not pick us up 6 hours before departure! And we still managed to go around all the neighboring hotels and collect people. The roads from Nice to Italy are quite busy. And I had to stay in one place.
01/10/12. we were brought by transfer to Pardubice airport from Prague 4 hours before departure. The airport terminals are closed. It's cold and windy outside. We were invited to sit in a restaurant. More like a beer. I didn’t like it there right away, but I could wait an hour there if I had to make an order. The company "Vedi Tour" was supposed to bring us to the airport in 3 hours since we are flying from Prague by charter. As a result, half an hour in the cold and they let us into the terminal to warm up.
The time is 13:25 local time, and the airport staff is in no hurry to issue Taxfree and even more so to register the people. At the same time, the company Amigo Tour brings tourists from Russia to our flight. I'm shocked by Vedi tour. How to say "everything for the people."
Time 13:50 - the second bus arrives with tourists. Exactly at 14:00 (in 2 hours, not 3 - as the managers of the travel agency Vedi Tour said) they open the registration windows and the tax free registration windows.
It seemed that the managers did not contact the Pardubice airport, unlike other travel agencies, whose tourists arrived on time. And the work of managers leaves much to be desired.
