Thank you for selling the ticket, you - of course absolutely by accident - kept silent about the fact that in your understanding 12 nights begin at midnight and end at 6 am. Which automatically makes 11 days out of 13 days rest.

Thank you very much for the fact that the flight from Moscow was postponed by 12 hours. And my wife, having arrived in Moscow on a pre-taken ticket, stuck out these 12 hours in the fucking Domodedovo.

Endless gratitude to you, dear (approximately 120 thousand dear ones), you are ours for the delay in departure for another 2 hours - it is true, all of a sudden my wife has not yet studied the entire waiting room.

And a separate, simply endless gratitude to you, for the fact that my wife (and by the way, she is not alone) is now sitting at the airport of arrival and is trying to get at least some answer from your employees to a simple question - where and to what fucking distance her suitcase was sent.

This vacation - thanks to your endlessly professional work, neither I nor my wife will ever forget. And with all my heart I wish you just as wonderful a break from your clear, confident, professional work.
