July 01, 2013 bought a bus tour to the Czech Republic. Departure was supposed to be 18.07. The fact that the trip will not be found out on the 17th and then only when she called to clarify the departure time. The young man on the phone said that they all called me too, but I allegedly did not pick up the phone. I didn’t receive a single call, I didn’t have to go alone, but other people didn’t receive a call from this “company”. They could not answer my indignation about such a negligent attitude and offered to talk with the director. The director of the company, a certain Alexander Olegovich, not only does not see his fault in disrupting the tour, but did not even consider it necessary to apologize. He is out of the question about any compensation for ruined vacation. Since we also obtained a visa from them for this trip, it turns out that my friends and I did not open them. Not a single agency in Pskov already had places for similar trips until August.
In order to open a visa even though belatedly, I had to sign up for a trip to Tartu with them. The director turned out to be an INSANELY DECENT person, and as soon as he found out that the tours were ordered by those whom he DID, he asked the girl from his agency to refuse us and put him on the black list.
