Very bad!

I bought a tour to Turkey in Khabarovsk from the tour operator Rostur. The tour was helped by Galina and accompanied for several weeks until we decided on the tour. For which I am very grateful to her. I flew to Sochi with Biblio Globus and it was very cool and animation and everything! I was confident in this company. But the meeting party turned out to be IATI. We were in Turkey for the first time. We were not met by a guide with a sign. We had to look for the counter ourselves with our suitcases. We went to the Biblio Globus counter and were told that we were not their tourists and sent to IATI. A young man approached there. he said to get on the bus. But he didn’t go with us. We didn’t receive any information about Turkey. No where to withdraw money, none at all. The next day, the hotel guide Oksana came, she said that she remained one star on the entire coast, so there was no one for us meet. The season is over! Alas! She tried to sell excursions with exorbitant prices, and more and more we did not interest her.

As soon as they refused her services. I have not been traveling for a single year, but I have never seen such an attitude towards tourists as in IATI anywhere.
