Upon arrival at the hotel, after checking in, we decide to change the hotel (we are 4 people - 3 adults and a child of 4 years old) In the first hotel there is mold on the ceiling and in the shower cabin itself, and of extraordinary size (if anyone is interested there is a photo, we will send it). Since the child with a nose problem, we decide to change the hotel to Grand Mir'Amor! Approaching the meeting with the guide with suitcases, we ask to be relocated, to which he replies - pay me the money, I WILL POST YOU A CHECK (I will write later why the emphasis is on this) and you will move to another hotel. The guide does not allow us to contact anyone from the Pegasus office, he decides everything himself, saying that it is necessary to pay $ 880 for relocation. And now the most important thing - we give the money to POLAT GOGOLADZE and he, explaining that now he does not have a check and will give it to a new hotel in the evening, is hiding! As a result, after long ordeals, we receive a check (IN 5 DAYS)!
At the same time, making a request to Pegasus about the REAL surcharge for relocation (there are all screenshots) and what is our surprise when this amount differs by $264! PEGASA HOTEL GUIDE JUST HOLD THE MONEY FOR ITSELF! THE OFFICIAL REPRESENTATION IN MOSCOW DOES NOT RECOGNIZE ANYTHING FOR THEIR OWNERS!!! THESE ARE SCAM PEGAS GUIDES (THINK WHETHER TO TAKE EXCURSIONS FROM THEM, THEY DECEIVE AT EVERY STEP, THEY DIVIDE THE MONEY BETWEEN THEM, NO ONE KNOWS THE REAL COST OF THE EXCURSIONS) YES, by the way, in Turkey, the entire representation of Pegasus is hidden, and except for the names of hotel guides and transfer you will never know the guide (if something happens to you and you want to know or find out something) VERY LOW YOU FALL PEGASUS!!!!!! Shame on the director of LLC "Pegas" Podgornaya Anna Albertovna! Absolutely do not care about their customers!
