This company was not chosen: we were transferred to them by a smaller travel agency, to which we turned for services.
We flew forward - the flight was delayed by an hour and a half. The plane (belongs to Mouzenidis) was not cleaned, we soiled everything that we put on the floor during takeoff. The luggage racks above us were occupied by the flight attendants' belongings. They advised us to look for a free place for our bags somewhere in the middle of the cabin.
The hotel guide Sabina assured with honor that information about the time of departure from the hotel will appear the day before departure or, in extreme cases, the night before. But we had to call the guide ourselves: the information never appeared. On the bus, Mouzenidis tourists from other hotels complained that no one provided them with information either, and they were forced to seek it themselves. This is not a case, but a system: we went with "Mouzenidis" 2 and 3 years ago, we also called guides on the evening before departure.
